The farm at Morne Coco Road, Petit Valley was started in the late 30's/early 40's by one Amoroso - Centeno. This was the farm where Jetsam was born and reared. In 1952 the farm was purchased by Winfield Scott (Win Zar Field) and since then has been known as Scott Stud Farm. At present the Farm is owned by the Scott family and run by Pierpont Scott and Monty Scott and is managed by Ronald Ramcharan who took over as manager from the ex trainier and ex jockey Lester Newman.
The Farm is 2012 moved to a new location between Filette Village and Blanchisseuse Village on the North Coast Road.
Scott Stud Farm is the home of the Stallion Presise Sweep who's full brother Precise End was sold to Japan for US$6,000,000 in 2004.
Precise End by End Sweep - Precisely is a graded Stakes winner of 4 races from 6 furlongs to 1 1/6 miles. He was the sire of numerous Stakes winners, and was among the top 10 Freshman Sires in the USA and the leading Freshman Sire in the State of New York. In 2007 Precise End was the Leading Dirt Sire of New York Breds by earnings.
